What we offer
Three services. Each one built around the way charities actually work.
We keep our scope focused so we can do each thing properly. Here's what's available — with clear pricing and honest descriptions of what's included.
Back to homeHow to find what fits your organization
Some organizations need ongoing monthly support. Others come to us once a year for accounts preparation. Some need help specifically with grant financial reporting. Many need a combination.
If you're not sure which service fits, that's completely fine — a brief conversation is usually enough to work it out. The three services below can be taken individually or together.

Which service fits your situation?
A rough guide — though a short conversation is usually the clearest way to work this out.
Bookkeeping & Fund Tracking
A good fit if you have ongoing income and expenditure across multiple funds, want monthly oversight of your finances, or need records that are ready for year-end and grant reporting without extra preparation.
- → Small to mid-size charities
- → Organizations with restricted grants
- → Volunteer-treasurer-led finance
Annual Accounts & Reporting
Works well if you need accounts prepared for your regulator each year, have a board that struggles to follow standard financial statements, or want the year-end process to feel more manageable and less rushed.
- → Any registered charity
- → Foundations and associations
- → Organizations with volunteer boards
Grant & Funding Reporting
Particularly useful if you manage more than one or two active grants, find that financial reporting deadlines cause stress, or need someone familiar with the formats different funders ask for.
- → Multi-grant organizations
- → Teams without a finance officer
- → Organizations with complex grant conditions
Services that work well in combination
Many organizations use more than one service. When bookkeeping is set up with fund tracking from the start, annual accounts and grant reports are considerably more straightforward to prepare.
Bookkeeping + Annual Accounts
When we handle the ongoing bookkeeping, we structure the records with year-end in mind. That makes preparing the annual accounts significantly faster and reduces the back-and-forth that often happens when year-end records need untangling first.
Bookkeeping + Grant Reporting
With restricted fund tracking in place from day one, grant financial reports can be drawn directly from the records without reconstruction. Deadlines become something we track together rather than something that arrives unexpectedly.

A few questions we're often asked
Can we use more than one service?
Yes — many organizations use two or all three. The services are designed to work together, and combining bookkeeping with annual accounts or grant reporting is often the most efficient arrangement. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation when we talk.
What if we already have a bookkeeper — can we just use annual accounts or grant reporting?
Absolutely. We're happy to take on just the year-end accounts or grant reporting alongside your existing bookkeeping arrangements. In that case we'd want to understand how the records are structured so we can work with what you have.
Do you work with organizations outside the UK or US?
We work with nonprofits globally. Our services are particularly suited to English-language organizations. Regulatory requirements vary by country and we'll discuss how that affects scope during our initial conversation.
How do we get started if we're switching from another accountant?
We handle transitions carefully. We'll take time to understand the history and structure of your existing records before making any changes. Most transitions go smoothly — we'll let you know early if there's anything that needs attention.
Not sure which service fits? Just ask.
A short conversation is usually enough to work out what your organization actually needs. There's no obligation, and we'll be honest if we're not the right fit.
